This lovely non-smoking cottage was part of the horse barn when Merry Acres was the family farm. It features two bedrooms; each has a king bed with luxurious pillow top mattresses, 32-inch flat panel HDTV and a private bath. The great room has a sleeper sofa and two lounge chairs. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and a large granite bar.
